Funding for Scientific Activities

The CRM issues a call for proposals for high-level scientific and outreach activities in mathematical sciences and statistics. Full details can be found here.

Funding for long-term visitors

The CRM contributes to several research residency funding programs. The CRM-Simons Scholar-in-Residence program is open to researchers in mathematics and related fields who are invited to stay for several months. The CRM-CNRS Laboratory (International Research Laboratory (IRL)-CRM) also offers visiting fellowships. Finally, it is possible to obtain a visiting fellowship to participate in one of the activities organized by the CRM within the framework of its thematic programs or its general program.

Postdoctoral fellowships

Every year the pole welcomes a dozen or so postdoctoral fellows to work closely with the its members. The research atmosphere in Montreal is dynamic and postdocs are invited to participate fully in the colloquia, workshops, and seminars that take place on a regular basis.
